Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 15 April 2026

Trepodotai Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Trepo”) offers a connected device that lives on your fridge and keeps track of what food you have, what's expiring, and how you're eating.

We want you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information that we collect through our device, mobile applications, websites, and any other online or offline services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).

HOW TREPO WORKS

Trepo uses a camera to scan groceries and other similar items you may place in front of the camera. It also has a microphone you can talk to—for example, to ask Trepo to record your request for a meal plan or healthy meal recommendations. Trepo uses this information to provide insights such as nutrition details and dietary recommendations.

Trepo primarily collects information based on your interactions with the device and Services. We may also automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the Services, as described below. If Trepo captures an image of a person’s face, we take steps designed to delete or avoid storing such images

MOBILE APPLICATION PERMISSIONS

When you use our mobile applications, we may request access to certain features of your device, such as the camera, microphone, notifications, and storage. We use these permissions solely to provide and improve the functionality of the Services. You can control these permissions through your device settings.
